Going through dental school there are many things we can do to balance the stress and business that dental school presents us with. To help create balance and try to remain grounded, I've been able to adopt the practice of meditation and mindfulness which has helped a bunch! Using headspace in the morning gives myself personal time to help establish a base before the hustle and bustle of the day, as well as provides an outlet to reset throughout the day.
